30-day return period from delivery.

Customer must call or email for a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning merchandise.

Returns without an RA Number may not be accepted.

Outgoing shipping is free.

Customer pays return shipping and insurance.

Diamond Sensations is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Items must be unworn and returned with original packaging, IGI certificate(s), and documentation.

Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized items are final sale unless defective.

Refunds issued after inspection to the original payment method.

Exchanges available where applicable.
